We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hobbii purchase; if your yarn or accessories aren't the perfect fit for your home project, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items back into their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the goods.
